I was very lucky to receive this advanced reader through goodreads and am so happy they gave me the chance to encounter such an amazing read. This book was heart-warming, hear-wrenching and at times more than a little disturbing. I don't often read books like this and was at first a little afraid it wouldn't be my cup of tea. I couldn't have been more wrong. Ms. Klaussmann manages to make her prose both beautiful and easy to read. I really enjoyed the five different characters she used to tell the story. Each voice adds a new layer of flavour to the story making for an incredibly engaging read.
I'll definitely be recommending this book to friends and also to any customers that ask for fiction recommendations.
