After cheating on her loving husband with many men and the death of her 46 year old mom to cancer and dabbling with a bum of a boyfriend in heroine, Cheryl decides it's time to do something to get back on track.

She has NEVER hiked before and decides to tackle the toughest trail ever her 1st time out. She packs and has friends mail her resupply boxes as she hikes.

She tears her body apart and her feet are a mess. Physically her outside matches her inside after her life falls apart around her and with her help. She comes across 100 degree heat and miles of snow all days apart on her 3 month journey in the wilderness.

At the end of it all she comes to the end of her journey having seen and gone through so many amazing sights and challenges.

She may not be perfect, but she is as close to complete and healthy as she could be after withstanding such a trial of self sufficiency.
