I am having a really, really hard time reviewing this book. It took me FOREVER to read. I stopped and came back to it like 4 different times. I just was not into the whole poker thing I guess. It's really rare that I stop reading a story because I am normally so easily entertained.

I usually love Amy Lane's stories, and I did really like the characters in this one. She does her usual masterful job of describing things in a brutally simple and honest yet very effective way. These guys are very sexy but the card analogies and metaphors and what not just got really, really old after a while (like 2 chapters for me). That being harshly said - I can heartily recommend this story to anyone who gets a hard-on for cards - you will love it.
