This was a fun read a cross between historical and paranormal fiction. The setting in Roaring Twenties came to life with the main character, Evie's 1920s slang. The flapper language balanced the spooky paranormal characters. Libba Bray captured the feel of 1920s NYC. I was fortunate to meet Libba Bray at BEA last week and she has a great spirit very much like her main character. Who knew that Libby is also a great singer. What a talent.
