Very helpful aide to use in doing Ignatian Spiritual Exercises. The title of this book is somewhat misleading; based on my experience, regular one-on-one meetings with a good Spiritual Director is still absolutely essential to getting the full benefit of this process.

Jill Wonder if you've read any other books about the Ignatian exercises, as I'm interested in what would set this book apart from the rest.
