This was a great book! Some of his rules seem like they will be difficult to adjust to, but like he says give it 30 days and it will get easier. I liked all the science that he used to back up his rules. The recipes were making my mouth water, and many were things I could see myself eating anyways. Oh, I also loved that he told you exactly what to eat for the first 30 days, that leaves no excuses!
