Backseat Saints was a quick read, although I had trouble getting into it. A story of an abused wife who had an abusive father. I don't want to give it away. The first part of the book, I thought it was just another book about how the wife is scared to leave and doesn't want help. Blah blah blah, right?
But the story took some unexpected twists and the last half I couldn't put it down and ended up enjoying reading it very much.
