Cute! Fun and imaginative take on the vampire story. I came to this series due to True Blood and am pleasantly pleased to find that, despite any differences with the show, the book is just as engrossing. I didn't want it to be over when I put it down. Luckily there are seven more books in the series yet to read. Harris has a fun little universe swirling around Bon Temps and I can't wait to see what is in store for Sookie next.

Joanie I've been curious about the books since I started watching True Blood-glad to hear it's good too. I'll have to check it out.
