The author writes along the same style as Jen Lancaster, but maybe not quite as snarky. Very close, though. Some of her stories were hilarious -- ridiculous, but hilarious. I love her description of the cruise she took with her best friend. If you've ever taken a cruise, you can definitely relate to what she's saying about the buffet and the rooms. I liked her well enough that I'm encouraged to read something else she's written.
