It is a decent book. Most of what was said, I already knew or noticed. It did mention a few new things that I didn't know, so it made it worth while to consume this information.

The books talk about body language and ways to tell whether people are lying, worried, nervous, confident, etc.

The only issue I have is that most of the body language they talk about might only be noticeable or accurate in the West or The U.S. Things like signs that a person is worried or upset and such, these are slightly different in other counties in the East like India or Japan.
