Read from June 06 to July 28, 2012 — I own a copy, read count: 1
It's extremely well-written, but erratic. The book's a quick, compelling read, yet it never quite coheres into something as magnificent as you hope it might. There's a fun wildness here, and a touch of Pynchon (but more accessible). For fans of McGuane, but not the place to start with him.
