I won this book as a Goodreads giveaway and was happy to have won it. I was very intrigued after reading the description of the book.

I am normally not into books that are set in the late 1800's or the early 1900's but the fact that this was about women in an asylum during this time period piqued my interest. This book did not disappoint. I read it quickly and could not put it down. The author really did her research on how asylums were run during this time period. I felt like I could really visualize everything she wrote about. Great read, would recommend it to anyone!
