really liked it
bookshelves: creepy

172 Hours on the Moon is a horror novel set in space. The only problem is, the actual horror part doesn't start until more then half of the book has already gone by. The good news about that is that the story was really well built up. It was disappointing though because although the beginning was fairly good, the horror part of the novel was awesome and creepy and I really wanted more. The ending was shocking to me (I don't know if anyone else saw that coming but I sure didn't!) but I really liked it. I feel like there could be another one, and that would be awesome if there was, but I don't think there will be. My advice for anyone reading this book is just keep reading, because eventually you'll get to a point where the book takes a turn towards disturbing and you'll be really glad you didn't stop.
