Jan Wong has written an incredibly honest memoir of depression. She describes the circumstances that sparked her depression, the truly crazy-making circumstances that made her journey to recovery so difficult, and how she ultimately found happiness again.
Her book has much to offer anyone who has struggled or is struggling with depression. It also has much to teach organizations that wish to do a better job of supporting workers who are grappling with mental health issues.
Highly recommended.
