I LOLed often. Probably the insider stories where Tina Fey off-handedly describes funny, tiny details about her work and her colleagues are the most interesting though. She also has some great stories about her personal life--things that are unusual or depicted with an eye for things that really stand out--but there are a few topics (being a teen girl hanging out with gay guys; working mom issues; etc.) that just sort of fill out the book with relatively cliché jokes and observations.
