For a small, single subject cookbook, there is a surprising depth of recipes here--some more traditional, some more creative, many from popular and renowned chefs and food celebrities and quite a few vegetarian. So far I have tried the Early Corn Soup from Hugh Acheson which was sweet and satisfying.
