I'm writing this review from my smartphone, so it won't be as long or thought-out as it deserves. But I just can't wait for the computer.

This book is an excellent follow-up to Lucky Man. As a former caregiver of a PD patient (I lost my dad to the disease in 2012), I have to say this book is such an inspiration. If I'd only read it sooner! Truly, my dad professed much more quickly than MJF, but it offers hope in the event my brother or I am later diagnosed.

I told a friend that this horrible disease couldn't have happened to a nicer guy than Michael J Fox, but this is the kind of advocate the community needs! I am so grateful for all he has contributed.

This book is a little bit medical, a little more political & some great family stories. His parental advice near the end is priceless. I love how he describes his kids. He's an amazing father! He's also a great writer. His stories flow well. The book is presented in chewable bites, and he flexes my vocabulary.
