really liked it
Read from January 10 to 13, 2015

I had a lot of problems with Victoria. I had a lot of problems with Victoria and Grant's attraction to one another. I had a lot of problems with the fact that Victoria can't accept love. I'm pissed off that Victoria is so unlikeable and, yet, everyone wants to do nice things for her, she builds an awesome business, and she has a remarkable talent. I am annoyed that Elizabeth and Catherine's feud is dealt with so deftly.

And yet, there were moments when I really loved the book.

I liked the beginning more than the second half. I loved the imagery of the flowers, the flower market, and the anxious brides. I loved the concept of building bouquets to have messages.

I loved Mama Ruby and her Russian daughters - I'd like to read *that* book.

Glad I read it, but it was damn annoying at times.
