This one was interesting to me for a few reasons. I liked how most of it was about writing a book. it was really neat that the author included so many famous quotes that are really inspirational!! What's her face, Olivia drove me bananas! Dislike time s 100. I think that the lying thing Bothered me a lot. Secondly, it was an interesting read because the main character is a lesbian... But written simply as a teen looking for love. No graphic scenes to be found. It makes me contimplate how hard that coming out really is. It seems they struggle so much finding their identity and getting people to accept them... I can't imagine someone telling me I don't have the right to live my life the way I feel is natural. I really feel for gay teens. I also loved that this book constantly dropped gay activist group names.. It was a positive story that I'm sure will have an impact on many teens! Really short and sweet, too. I didn't know that it was a sequel, companion thing to another book about Gio. Not crazy intrigued by him, but I'd probably read his story if I ever saw it somewhere.
