Bought it on our trip to the US and once I got home I immediately started making stuff from this book. So far I tried the butter recipe, the ricotta (much better than the first recipe I tried a few years ago), the Wheat bread (I am just making my second one!) and the tomato salsa. I am looking forward very much to making my own Mozzarella :)
Not only am I learning a lot about how food is made especially certain products we would usually buy at the supermarket, I am also enjoying the very delicious results.
Each recipe has a really cute intro and so it is a fun read as well.
Highly recommended if you want to take the time and make more stuff yourself instead of buying the processed products!
