This was like a B movie that makes you laugh and laugh at all the wrong times. I started out being intrigued by the story and in fact, liked parts of it all the way through. But the dialogue was repetitive and the author used the dialogue to tell the reader things. Oh, also, you know how I complain about male author's fantasies? Well, this was that from the woman's fantasy point of view. Here's how I WISH my man would be and what do you know, the male lead is JUST like that. At some point I just gave up and started laughing at all the repeated information and the man who gives it all up for his woman and just enjoyed how bad this dialogue is. And I must've liked it because I kept on listening. So, I'm giving it a three, especially because I'd be willing to go on and listen to the next bad laughable book on tape while I'm cleaning.
