Good book if you are wanting to change your life as in the way that you tend to think. Gave me a lot of things to think about, ponder on, and calm me. I have learned to not dread the future through Dalai Lama's point that if things have a solution, we need to stop worrying. If there is no solution, we need to stop worrying because it will do no good. This book points out what a sweet, caring, serene man he is. And funny, always laughing.
