I sure learned a lot of stuff I didn't know before. This was very motivating to read all the myriad benefits of exercise; I just started a more intense exercise program this week, and my muscles are all sore and I'm dreading my next interval session, but knowing I'm affecting for the good every part of me, even the telomeres on the ends of my DNA, is helpful and motivating.
