A helpful treatise on looking deeply on the factors that contribute to an unhealthy relationship with food. Those who are devotees of Thich Nhat Hahn will recognize some of his common (and helpful, and insightful, and heartfelt) themes. Here the encouragement is to cultivate to opposite of the mindless eating that is so common in our country (America), that opposite being mindful eating.
