Ex-Navy Seal and NCIS special agent Lincoln Miller has been “forced” to take a long needed vacation. He has been assigned to the underwater research facility “Aquarius” in the Florida Keys.

When he notices strange things happening he leaves the Aquarius to find that the area is depleted of oxygen and he is only alive due to his SCUBA gear. Finding enough oxygen tanks to get him to Miami he finds the city filled with dead people, except for a young girl in an oxygen tent and a band of bad guys using rebreathers. The city also is labeled with a strange symbol that bears some resemblance to the Nazi Swastika.

Lincoln finds that not only Miami, but Tokyo and Tel Aviv have also been targeted leaving millions dead. He also discovers that a red snow preceded the depletion of oxygen in all three cities. These cities were only test cities to what is scheduled to be a worldwide massacre of earth’s inhabitants.

It is up to Lincoln to find out who is behind this and stop it before time runs out.
