Modern fairytale my ass! This should be called "the book that never ends". Seriously, after that preposterous premise (blood transfusion = memories/skills) I kept waiting for something, something that took the story out of its mediocre setting and deliver something, some good lines, some good characters. Well, I'm afraid it didn't. Joyce and Justin, and Joyce's dad, and Justin's ex-wife and every other character that kept delaying the final meeting because they just wouldn't shut up bring this book down so much I couldn't wait for it to be over.
