i'm finished and relieved that it's over. i'm excited that brooke is excited about going to the movie with me. i'm looking forward to robert pattinson as edward (because he's a babe!), but not looking forward to c.g. stunts and bad wigs- somewhat unavoidable i guess. i hope they don't try to make all the movies.

images and things appreciated about breaking dawn:

1. bella as having a real girl sex drive
2. bella coming out naked for her midnight swim with edward-very bold!
3. the image of edward distributing his venom at bella's pulse points and closing the wound with his tongue-creepy!
4. bella finally becoming self-possessed, unfortunately this only for her as a vampire
5. the image of bella carrying renesmee on here back, showing that fierce love of mothers for their children and the power of her shield

things that i appreciated less:

1. the length, where was the editor?
2. still not knowing much about bella's life before forks. the emphasized histories were jacob and edward's
3. imprinting
4. the fact that jacob got part of a book- w.t.f! why not edward?
5. that we didn't get an epilogue

all that said- i will miss the comfort of these characters. i liked knowing who i was coming home to- so to speak: sexy, creepy, justice seeking vampires and the the girl who loved them.

p.s.- i loved alice most of all!
p.p.s. to stephenie meyer- where was the making love scene after all that messy adult/blathering teenager bullshit? you couldn't have shown us what you had in the way of a sex scene?
