Thanks to the Tulare County Library for allowing me to "preview" this book before I purchase. Really enjoyed the stories, etc. Some of the dishes are not vege friendly but I feel that this about celebrating the talent of the chefs featured and not so geared towards the home cook. Beautiful book.
