A very good spy/romance story with plenty of angst. Guy is sent to save the "Raven" but he neither knows what the Raven looks like or the spy's real identity. When he comes upon Cora-a childhood friend and sister of his fellow resuer, he puts 2-and-2 together. As Cora recovers from a horrific experience Guy is searching for a traitor and the Frenchman Valere. Cora is not an easy heroine to read about-her memories and thoughts are not pretty. Guy is a wonderful hero but has his own demons. I would definitely recommend and am looking forward to the next in the series.
