My Cross to Bear
by Gregg Allman
by Gregg Allman
After reading a couple pseudo-intellectual books lately, this autobiography was a refreshing read. There's really nothing remarkable about his story of sex, drugs, and rock and roll, but it's told in such a conversational and sincere way, that you can't help but want to keep reading. I'm a sucker for books about the creative process, especially in music and Allman was all about the music.
