really liked it

While this book is some of an homage to Mrs. Dalloway (never a bad thing to give a nod to a classic), it is it's own book. Very well written with an insider's take on Paris, each part of the day ratchets up the pressure on the heroine, a diplomat's wife who is giving a dinner party on short notice. It sounds like a souffle of a novel, but it is the real deal. Well worth your time. Congrats to the author.
