Short stories about two friends: frog and toad. In the first story Frog ticks Toad into waking up and going outside to enjoy spring with him.

In the second story, Toad thinks Frog looks a little greener than his norml green so he sends him to bed. Toad tries to think of a story and beats himself up until Frog switches places with him and tells him a story.

In the third story, Frog and Toad take a walk and Toad loses a button on his jacket. The two friends search the woods for the button and find many wrong buttons, but Toad puts those to use redesigning his jacket to gift to Frog.

In the fourth story, Frog and Toad go swiiming and everyone laughs at Toad's silly bathing suit.

In the last story, Toad is sad that he never receives any mail so Frog writes him a letter.

Satisfying stories paired with illustartions that help express the character's emotions in an earth tone palette. Must read.
