I love James Patterson. I love that I can read a whole chapter in under a minute...and still have time to brush my teeth. This book is like Pop Rocks for the brain. At first, it seems perfectly reasonable. A starving artist type finds a doctor bag will millions of dollars worth of loose diamonds (okay, James Patterson reasonable) and decides to keep them for himself. Of course, as the story progresses, our starving artist turns out to be an ex-Marine, and then something more. He ends up on the run from the Russian mafia, but have no fear, it is a James Patterson novel. A good time was had by all...except the dead guys!
