Interesting read. I think Bamford covers a lot of moving parts in this book, but the primary focuses are the failures of communication around 9-11 and warrant-less eavesdropping. I guess I'm saying the "to the" in the middle of the title probably could have been an "and".

Overall, decent read that makes you consider more and more the dilemma of personal freedoms vs. protection and where lines are vs. should be.
