Animal, Vegetable, Miracle: A Year of Food Life by Barbara Kingsolver
Ever wonder what it would be like to live off the land? Kingsolver and her family eat only local foods for an entire year. Most of it is grown and raised by the family. This was a fun read and made me wish that our society viewed food differently.
