Read in January, 2004 — I own a copy , read count: Multiple.

One of the very few young adult novels that I will ever testify for. I was introduced to this book by my eighth grade english teacher, who read a small exercpt out loud to the class. From the moment those last words left her mouth I knew that I'd have to have this book. I ordered it straight away out of a book catalog and I marveled in wonder when I read it. I both loved and hated the characters; this fascination especially grew with Felecity. Pippa I despised from the beginning, and continue to. Gemma was easy to slip into as a character, and Anne...Well, I'm sure a good many of the girls who read this saw a little bit of themselves in Anne. A great story, and easily relatable.
