My favorite of the Sister Frevisse series thus far, though #2, The Servant's Tale, wouldn't be far behind.  This one, set in 1434, seemed less tedious in repeating the clues and sorting out the suspects, though there weren't as many to be considered.  The change of scenery from the first two which were set in Frevisse's nunnery, St. Frideswide, to the uncertainties of the road, was a plus.
