The Restless Billionaire (Bad Blood #3)
by Abby Green
by Abby Green
This book adds up a few / many of clichés :
- the heroine learning just before the wedding her intended is indeed gay
- the rebounce one-night-stand
- the unexpected pregnancy
- the jaded and extremely closed billionaire
- the playboy billionaire going through model women, but unable to forget the heroine
- the hero unable not to jump on the heroine but who always ends up alone in his bed and cannot stand to sleep next to someone else
etc.
Overall, even though Aneesa the heroine looked too soft and almost crushed by Sebastian, she ringed true to my ears and was likable. Sebastian was not really; he just remained a big a...hole until almost the end (and I still was not fully convinced he had changed when closing the book).
Nothing original but quite nicely written.
