entertaining, action-packed sci-fi novella. Jason Hunt's love of science fiction film comes through as I was instantly reminded of Han Solo and Chewbacca in 2 of the 3 main characters. There's even the love hate relationship between the protagonist and a female character reminiscent of Solo and Princess Leia. The lead character, a rogue pilot, also reminded me of Serenity's pilot Mal Reynolds from Firefly.

In the end, I felt this read alot like a sci-fi action television show or movie. It comes short of being anything thought-provoking, but the writing was decent for sure, give it a try when you want some quick action.
