This was an interesting book due to the fact that it presented some worthwhile research into the happenings at the Alamo. Most of it was attempting to dispel myths about the "last stand" events and how the tales are not historically accurate. It became fairly repititious as the author covered much of the same ground several times. My biggest problem was that it was one of the worst edited works i've seen in a long time. There were multiple typos or omissions or other mistakes. These made for distracted reading.
