** spoiler alert ** I think I might be over this series. This reminded me SO MUCH of Blood Promise -- love interest goes missing and turns up mostly evil, heroine runs off to revel in scary sexual tension with mostly evil love interest and then redeems him by stabbing him with a purifying holy weapon. And hey, I loved Vampire Academy . . . just not so much I want to re-read it. Freewheeling bisexual warlocks can only take you so far.

25.0% "So far, not very riveting. Would rather be reading a new Infernal Devices novel!"
25.0% "The romance scenes are pretty miserable, too."
50.0% "The worst part is how the girls are constantly describing how the boys smell. It's really unappealing. And also talking about rigid abs as a stand in for cock. Yeah, I said it. YA is so weird."
70.0% "Magnus Bane considers himself a "freewheeling bisexual." Word."
