The second novel in the Inheritance Trilogy. I enjoyed this novel more than the first, I think it had more depth and character development than the first book. That being said, I did think that it had a very Star Wars like feel to it. Including Jedi training, learning to use magic AKA the force, and discovering that the bad guy was Eragon's father. I doubt I ruined anything for anyone, there's so much foreshadowing leading up to that, it can't be missed. Anyways, it is still a fun story and it moves at a good pace. I'm looking forward to concluding the series, I just hope it doesn't end with ewoks dancing around a fire.

996066 I liked this book more than the first as well. But I really enjoyed both. They're fun reads.
