Fever Pitch by Nick Hornby
I suppose it was inevitable I'd read this some time. I quite like the out of datedness of it all. I wish it was still possible to get a spot on the terraces for a few bob. I think he should do a sequel - I wonder what his thoughts are on the overpriced prima donnas footballers now are; the volatile transfer market, etc etc. He didn't mention WAGs either. Then again, I suspect he isn't so obsessive about the Arse these days.
