This is a thorough look at one of the world's largest private corporations. I have had a decent amount of exposure to ExxonMobil, and based on that exposure, I feel like this is a fair and accurate depiction of their culture and business practices. If people are interested in an expose of ExxonMobil, then this is not the book for them; however, if people are interested in a look into a large and complex world where there may not always be an identifiable "villain," a world where shades of gray are much more common than black and white, then I think they will enjoy the read.
