Fun book of different child rearing practices worldwide. Looking at a global picture of how children are raised proves there is no one right way to do it. Refreshing book for new mothers. Also for us older grandmothers as we step back and embark on allowing our children freedom to rear our grandchildren as they please. We have had our turn now it is their turn. Our way may of been right for us but it is not the only way or even at times the best way. I would recommend this book to all women who have any involvement in parenting children, their own or others. Welcome to a world of ideas now find out which parts work for you and which don't.
