Eh. This was pretty stereotypical chick lit, which is generally not my thing. I was hoping for more about the food and cooking and less "single woman in her upper 30s wondering if she's going to find The One." The characters needed to be fleshed out more, especially Gemma's friend and cousin. Some of the back story and plot points seemed unnecessary, and I figured out the twist much too early.

Quick and easy read, mildly entertaining. I don't regret having read it, but I won't be looking for other Harbison books either.
