Bethany's review
My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult
I read this one a few years ago, but all the recent talk with the upcoming movie made me think I should add it to my list.
So-so book, but the ending completely caught me by surprise. The ending is what makes this book memorable. I've read other books by this author and this is by far the best one. She has language in all her books, including this one. Don't just read the ending, you need the whole book for it to have its full impact.

I just read this recently and was so captivated by the story. I thought it would make a great book club book because of the discussions you could have. I was dissapointed with the language : (
Ah, yes, I'd forgotten about the language. I remember there was something about this book that kept me from universally recommending it. Thanks for reminding me!
