I found a lot to consider with how Morgenstern lays out the idea of clearing both physical, mental, and temporal space to live into our goals. Definitely a thoughtful was of processing what needs to go in one's life - throw out the "bathwater", but keep the "baby" that inspires.

It concerned me a bit that she seems to delve into something close to a therapist with helping her clients figure out what is the emotional/mental road block holding them back. But she never suggests to her readers (or her individual clients) that she's any sort of trained therapist - and I agree that without getting to the underlying motivators, change isn't going to happen.

Definitely worth going back to and considering as time goes by.
