Katie's review
The 19th Wife: A Novel by David Ebershoff
This book surprised me by how quickly I became engrossed in the story. I didn't even put the book down for the first time until after page 100. Giving a vivid portrait of polygamy and the early Mormon Church through fictional (but plausible) Church documents, a modern girl's master's thesis, and a fascinating story of a modern-day polygamist murder-mystery, the author creates a must-read novel that you won't be able to put down. Highly recommend it!
