I believe this is for people who like the games in The Hunger Games. You know, living in danger, being oppressed by the government and all, but without the events that followed it.
Honestly, that was the best bit of The Hunger Games, the thing that sold the books(with reason of course) and I am going to approach this with caution.
First, there was Twilight, and then we had Twilightish books, books written with the hopes that will sell, because Twilight-a vampire book, sold, and then mediocre writers all over the world sold books with the same story. Honestly, I blame the editors and agents and publishing houses. And then, said mediocre writers sold their Twilight fanfiction and wondered why didn't their book cause a major stir round the world like Twilight. Well, it is because Meyer got lucky-you didn't.
I really hope this will be different and original, but I have my doubts.
